The design features a partially elevated structure with a grand external staircase and vertical facade louvers for shading. Its clean, contemporary look is achieved through a minimalist palette of white and grey rendering, seamlessly integrated with the surrounding landscaping. The structure's distinct, intersecting volumes clearly define its communal and functional blocks.
