The Sensor Technology Development Facility at CMTI is conceived as a specialized industrial research environment supporting advanced sensor technology development and innovation. The architecture combines a robust industrial envelope with a clearly articulated entrance and contemporary material palette, creating a distinct identity within the larger campus. The facility is planned to accommodate research, development, testing, and associated technical functions, while maintaining efficient movement, accessibility, and functional zoning. Its integration with the existing landscape and mature trees creates a balanced relationship between the industrial building and its campus setting.
